The kiss19 account registration process requires you to complete a basic information form and verify your identity through the standard KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Each member is permitted to hold only one registered account. Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the kiss19 customer support team. In the case of a self-requested account closure, any valid balance after deducting bonuses that have not met wagering requirements will be returned to the member within 3–5 business days.

In support of responsible gaming, members may request a temporary account suspension (cool-off period) or self-exclusion through the account settings section or by contacting our support team. We will honor such requests promptly.
